General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.sumoapplication.com. Customers may order both digital products and services.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Sumo Application,

65185 Wiesbaden.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract.

The contract is concluded when we accept the customer's offer by means of an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

3. Products and Services

We offer digital products (e.g., application templates, software, e-books) as well as services (e.g., the individual creation or editing of application documents).

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery and Availability

Digital products are provided for download or made accessible via a link.

Services such as photo editing are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

6.1 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, this right expires prematurely for digital products if the customer expressly agrees to the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period.

By purchasing digital products, you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal upon starting the download.

6.2 Right of Withdrawal for Services

The right of withdrawal for services also expires prematurely once we begin executing the service, provided that you have expressly consented to this.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.

We are only liable for damages not affecting the delivered goods themselves in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of our company.
